01. Acceptance of Orders

All orders placed with SHENZHEN BXW ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. (hereinafter “BXW”) are subject to acceptance by us. BXW reserves the right to decline any order or limit quantities without prior notice. A binding contract is formed only when BXW issues an order confirmation or commences shipment.

02. Pricing and Quotations

All prices quoted are in USD (unless otherwise specified) and are valid for 24 hours due to the volatile nature of the semiconductor market. Prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or shipping costs, which are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

03. Quality Assurance & Warranty

BXW warrants that all products supplied are 100% Original and Unused as defined by the manufacturer’s specifications.

• Warranty Period: 90 days from the date of invoice.
• Coverage: Only manufacturing defects are covered. Misuse, improper storage (non-MSD compliant), or static discharge damage voids this warranty.

04. Inspection and RMA Policy

Buyer must inspect products within 7 days of receipt. Any claim for shortage or damage must be made in writing within this period.

RMA Note: No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Returns are only accepted for quality defects verified by a recognized independent third-party testing report.

05. Limitation of Liability

BXW’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products that give rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as loss of profits or production downtime.

06. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Shenzhen.
